Returns & Refunds

IMPI Foods is a wholesale food distributor. Due to the perishable nature of our products and the wholesale quantities involved, the following return and refund policies apply to all orders.

Damaged or Defective Goods

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at finance@impifoods.com with photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or credit at our discretion.

Shipping Damage

All shipments should be inspected upon receipt. If you notice damage to the packaging or products during delivery, please note it on the carrier's delivery receipt and contact us immediately. Claims for shipping damage must be filed within 48 hours of delivery. Claims not reported within this timeframe are waived.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Perishable goods (refrigerated or frozen items)
  • Opened or partially consumed products
  • Products not stored according to recommended conditions

Non-Perishable Product Returns

No returns are accepted without prior written authorization. Contact finance@impifoods.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Authorized returns must be in original, unopened, and resalable condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds & Credits

Our liability for any product issue is limited to replacement of the affected goods or a credit not exceeding the invoice value of the affected items. Refunds for damaged or incorrect shipments do not require return of the product.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if we have not yet begun picking, staging, or preparing the order for shipment. Once an order has been picked, staged, or tendered to a carrier, it cannot be canceled. A restocking fee of up to 15% of the order value may apply to approved cancellations.
